Lydon Farrell Property has been formed by Ciarán Lydon and John Farrell to provide expertise and consultancy advice on the local and national property market.
Built on the substantial experience and in-depth knowledge of partners Ciarán Lydon and John Farrell in the commercial, residential, valuations and asset management areas, the company provides high-quality and competitive services to both the private and corporate sectors.

Ciarán has established a very strong reputation in the Irish property market with almost 15 years of experience in the industry. Ciarán trained in the valuations department of Jones Lang LaSalle before moving to the capital markets division specialising in the management of the Aviva Property Portfolio comprising over 60 properties in Ireland across all property sectors.
In 2012 Ciarán joined the investment team in Savills, where he was the lead executive on the disposal and acquisition of over €500 million of property transactions. In February 2014 Ciarán joined IPUT plc, the largest unlisted property vehicle in Ireland, where he played an integral role within the Investment Team over the last 5 years, during which the Fund acquired and disposed of €1bn worth of residential, retail, office and industrial assets.
John Farrell was an associate director in Hooke and MacDonald having commenced his professional career in 2005. John was responsible for the management of some of the country’s largest residential portfolio sales, valuations and asset strategies over this period of time.
Over the past six years John has specialised in residential development and has completed 600 new home sales. This entailed specific experience on phasing, residential demand, mix, density and development strategy. John acted on new housing and apartment schemes located in The Docklands, Meath Street, Stoneybatter, Smithfield, Castleknock, Santry, Swords, Donabate, Ashbourne, Dunshaughlin and Kilcock.
Aside from New Home sales, John has managed approximately 400 second hand residential sales , predominantly in areas covering Dublin City Centre, North Dublin, West Dublin, Kildare and Meath.
